M’Organ Threemen

Playing everything from original compositions and free improvisation to popular covers and movie soundtracks, Winnipeg-based organ trio M’Organ Threemen delivers a big sound in a small package. Fuelled by an excessive amount of coffee, moderate-to-low social batteries, and a concerted effort to shed the self-doubt of jazz school, Scott Brown (guitar), Ben Roloff (drums), and Jacob Herd (organ) aim to make music that is as exciting to listen to as it is to create. The band has performed at many of Winnipeg’s hottest live music venues, including Park Alleys, The Osborne Taphouse, and The Times Change(d), opening for local favourites The Dirty Catfish Brass Band. Their debut album Inside a Dream, a Lynchian juxtaposition of funky grooves and dense harmonies, was released in October 2023.
